This afternoon, we celebrated outstanding achievements in Middle and Upper School. These ranged from top effort scores based on weekly grades over the term to subject prizes across the curriculum; from sports cups and shields to Fencing awards. We celebrated moments of individual brilliance to Houses winning team events.
The afternoon culminated in awarding the Haston Cup…which House had pulled together in the classroom, on our pitches and with their behaviour? A complex formula created by the Maths department is applied across the Effort scores, House Points and various Sporting events to reveal the best performing House. Points were as follows:
1st Julians 69.5 pts
2nd Broadrick 68 pts
3rd Hopkins 53.5 pts
4th Hastings 49 pts
Over 150 prizes, cups, sheilds and certificates were awarded this afternoon. Congratulations to everyone who took home an award. And remember, next term we start again!
