Last Sunday morning saw the 30th edition of the Orley Farm Basketball Tournament (a tournament won 14 times by Orley Farm) held at Harrow School’s Sports Centre. Our ‘A’ team had a good run to the semi-finals and eventually finished in 3rd place. Our ‘B’ team (the only B team in the tournament) enjoyed a great win in their first match before coming third in their group and narrowly missing out on a place in the semi-finals. My thanks to the boys and girl who represented the school, the parents for their support, Harrow School for allowing use of their excellent facilities again and to Mr Chatzianastasiou for coaching our ‘B’ team and to Mr Hymas who helped me with the setting up and organisation on the day.
