Orley Farm School is looking for a dedicated, inspiring and outstanding Learning Support Assistant to join our exceptional SEN department.  The successful candidate will be required to have and NVQ or CACHE Level 2/3, maintain a safe environment and to focus on the provision of supplementary teaching to pupils who require additional support. The hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm, 40 hours per week, term time only.

Salary will be between £22,500 – £23,900 dependent on experience and qualifications.

School Librarian

Required for September 2024

 

The successful candidate will be expected to organise, oversee and facilitate the use and maintenance of the library, ensuring its effective use by classes, groups and individuals and select, acquire and organise library resources to support teaching and learning covering the full range and ability of the school. The successful candidate will also be required to encourage purposeful use of the library for study and leisure. Experience of working in a library environment would be desirable, and a good level of literacy, numeracy and ICT are essential.

The working hours are Monday to Friday – 9:30am to 2:30pm, term time only.

Salary will be between £16,800 – £18,200 dependent on experience and qualifications

The successful candidate will need to be patient, reliable, and sensitive to the needs of our pupils.  A good sense of humour, and an ability to work as part of a close-knit team is essential.  The hours are 8:00am to 3:30pm – Mon – Fri (Term time only).  Relevant EYFS Level 3 qualification is essential. 

 

Salary will be between £20,500 – £22,800 per annum according to experience and qualification.

Orley Farm School would like to appoint a inspirational, dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our exceptional Middle School team for a period of up to one year.  The successful candidate will need to be patient, reliable, and sensitive to the needs of our pupils.  A good sense of humour, and an ability to work as part of a close-knit team is essential.  The hours are 8:00am to 2:00pm – Mon – Fri (Term time only).  NVQ level 2/3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualifications/experience is desirable. 

Salary will be between £13,700 – £14,900 according to experience and qualifications.

Grounds Person

 

Orley Farm School would like to appoint a Grounds Person to assist in the maintaining of the School grounds to a high standard which includes gardening maintenance duties involving the use of hand-held powered tools e.g. mowing equipment, trimmers and hedge cutters.  The role includes all aspects of sports turf maintenance and games playing surfaces, as well as general grounds, woodlands and formal gardens.

 

This is a full-time position, all year round, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 7:00am – 4:00pm.

Salary will be between £22.750 to £25,280, dependent on experience and qualifications.
