Staff returned last week on Friday to start our inset training sessions and to welcome new staff into the ‘Orley Farm Way’! However, I need to add that the school has not been still over the summer break. Our Maintenance and Grounds teams have achieved a huge amount, working around Faircloth as they have been pushing the building programme nearer completion. I am sure that on your return, you will notice that the buildings and grounds have had a great deal of work done to lift levels to new heights. We are all blessed with an amazing ‘teaching and learning’ environment that requires a great deal of time, attention and love!
I do hope that children are excited about what lies ahead. On the educational side, we have some really exciting initiatives from our ‘Edge’ Programme to our ‘Thinking Skills’, everyone will be learning from day one!
We are all looking forward to seeing old faces and meeting new in the days ahead.
