On Wednesday 4th March we visited the RAF museum in Hendon. While we were there we got to experience what life was like during the Blitz and this involved making a gas mask container. We met an air raid officer and spent some time in a bomb shelter – what a thrilling experience it was! We salute all those who were involved in this significant time in our history.
