A very warm welcome to our Reception Classes of 2015…the first day appeared to be full of everything that I would want, enquiry, enthusiasm, energy and laughter…the only real tears came from the parents!
I was also delighted to hear from other classes in Pre Prep about their intrepid trips over summer. I was especially pleased talking to our new Yr2 pupils about how they are aiming to be the best role-models to new pupils…this is a key aspect of our success in bringing out the best in all children at Orley and therefore hearing from 6 and 7 year olds about such adult ideas is wonderful. A great start to the new school year, and I’m looking forward to welcoming the rest of the school tomorrow…
