This morning the Quantum Theater came to our school to deliver an exciting play tying up healthy eating, exercise, sugar and the Women’s Football World Cup! Years 5, 6 and 7 enjoyed reinforcing their healthy food knowledge acquired in Science lessons and discovered the importance of reading food labels and checking the sugar content in their cereal.
This launches our PSHE theme this term: Healthy Living. We will talk about this in Assembly and try to complete a food and exercise diary over a week soon! Watch this space…
