Tonight we tried something new for our senior pupils by inviting them to a formal dinner with their teachers and governors from the Educational Committee. This was followed by a surprise presentation about our exciting new location for their final Expedition in the summer…one that would leave lifelong memories with some exceptional challenges. During each course we had topics for conversation and debate with staff and governors playing musical chairs. Dan made an exceptional ‘thank you’ speech to Mr Badal and his amazing catering team for a delicious dinner.
Many thanks for inviting me. It was an excellent opportunity to meet the Yr 8 pupils and some of their parents. They are a cheerful and articulate bunch and brave, too, given their evident interest in ‘canyoning’!

You might well have to google ‘canyoning’ or alternative, talk to Mr Davies who is arranging some exceptional experiences for our Year 8 pupils. Tonight was a wonderful evening and one to be repeated as everyone learnt a great deal about each other…all good connections!
