Beanbag Cheers for 2016!

It has been a super start to the new year with a number of children being nominated for the usual wide variety of reasons. Parents may be surprised and delighted to hear that Mr Cato’s glasses’ case was found and returned to him swiftly (there is hope for the lost socks and misplaced homework!).  In addition a Year 8 pupil was commended on his ‘risk-taking’, one of our Thinking Skills, that paid off and was witnessed by a member of staff.

Rowan (Y4) was mentioned for his thanks to staff following an exciting trip to see The Lion King on the West End this week.  The show was amazing and the children were all very well behaved and excellent ambassadors for the school.

To all of our pupils, thank you for your acts of kindness and generosity to others as we embrace our theme of ‘Empathy’ this half term.
