On Friday Upper School gathered to fight it out for the Upper School House Swimming Competition Cup. The scores ebbed and flowed but as ever, everything came down to the various relay races with a maximum of 16 points on offer. Mr Cato could not have been more clear in his instructions about double handed touches, and waiting for a handover before diving in…however, as ever, Houses fell foul and faced disqualification thick and fast. The winning House would be the one who held their nerve and discipline!
Mr Ryan will be very proud, as Julians were the event winners, raising the cup having won a large number of the relays. Congratulations to them and everyone for completing this highly competitive week! Can I add a huge ‘thank you’ to Mr Bloom and his team for organising a wonderful event – the weather held!
