Our 1st XI football team rounded off a quite brilliant season on Wednesday of this week with a sensational 9-0 win at Aldenham. This match closed their season which saw their record (in regular school matches) finish at played 11, won 10, lost 1 with 37 goals scored. As well as all this, they finished runners up in the annual Orley Farm Tournament (losing in the final on penalties) and came 3rd out of 10 schools at last weekend’s Durston House 6-a-side Tournament. Congratulations to captain Alex Gabbitas on leading his team to such an impressive term and, with seven of the 12 in the squad only Year 7, the future looks bright again for 2017!
