This year has been an amazing time for the Year 8 Edge Cooking team. So far the menus have consisted of….

  • Spicy Bean Chilli with home made guacamole and sweet potato wedges.
  • Smoked mackerel and apple fishcakes with horseradish.
  • Pak choi and mushroom stir fry with Thai basil.

Plus our latest offering……

  • Grilled chipotle halloumi burgers with home made coleslaw and cinnamon rice.

It has been an amazing culinary journey and there is still more to come………..
