The smells coming from the kitchen during lesson 4 today enticed me out of my office and I was delighted to stumble across Year 8 making pancakes. We managed to tie in nearly all of our Thinking Skills as Jerome displayed:
Focus, Ambition & Risk Taking as he flipped the pancake.
Initiative and Creativity as orange, not lemon, was added as flavouring.
Good Judgement that he allowed me to eat half…
For our part we were Empathetic of the pressure that Jerome was under
and Curious to see the final result. (It was delicious! – Thank you.)
The photography group were taking portrait pictures in the corridor and a few photographs of the photographers made us smile.
Next week I may try yoga and cycling…
