RL, RP and RW opened their doors to some very excited Reception children this morning. It was really good to meet all of you this morning, parents included! Thank you for coming to the brief ‘welcome session’ and please do reflect upon the collective messages shared. The years that follow will simply run away from all of us but provided that we all learn and grow together, it will be a remarkably rewarding journey. We are laying the foundations for a lifetime of learning ahead and there will be magical memories along the way but blink…and you might miss some!
I did manage to drop into each class and was amazed at how quickly everyone settles into the routines. The Reception Garden was full of very busy and productive people simply doing their thing! A fab start…
