We seek to appoint a dedicated and experienced temporary Sous Chef to join our exceptional Catering Department. The successful candidate will support the Head Chef in the preparation and delivery of meals, including breakfast, lunch and afternoon teas as per the menu plans to staff and children. An ability to work as part of a team is essential.

The hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm – Mon – Fri (Term time only).

Salary according to experience.

Assistant Head – Data Systems

Required for September 2019

Orley Farm School would like to appoint an experienced and dynamic individual to join the school’s Senior Leadership Team and take up the post of Assistant Head – Data systems. They will support the Deputy Head Academic and have strategic responsibility and leadership for the planning and development of the School’s data systems. They will provide the school with an expert data analysis function including contextual and value-added statistical studies in support of the school self-evaluation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection, organisation, input, analysis, presentation and distribution of data relating to student attainment and progress using the School’s ICT based management information systems as well leading the day-to-day operation of timetabling and management of student data and reporting.

A high level of ICT literacy including an advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel is essential.

The successful candidate will also be an experienced professional, an excellent classroom practitioner with very good knowledge of teaching and learning.

Salary is according to experience and qualifications.

Netball Coach

Required for January 2019

Orley Farm School is a leading co-educational independent preparatory school set in 36 acres of beautiful grounds. We are a friendly, stable and caring community, proud of our academic achievements and dedicated to bringing out the full potential of each of our 500 pupils.

The ideal candidate will have experience of having played or coached to a high standard, be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with the ability to coach, support and develop pupils of all abilities. The role will include assisting and supporting the Head of Girls’ Games and to inspire pupils of all abilities to enjoy the game of Netball. The coach will only be required for the Spring Term for a couple of hours every afternoon to cover games lessons. Salary according to experience and qualifications.
